1. Who is responsible for your data
Print Magic, Old No. 86, New No. 198, Velachery Main Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600042, is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through picxale.com, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What we collect
a. Account information
- Email address (and name and profile picture, if you sign in with Google).
- Authentication data managed by our auth provider. We never see or store your Google password.
b. Files you upload
- The image you upload, and the output file we generate from it.
- Basic technical details of the job: tool used, dimensions, timestamp, success or failure.
c. Payment information
- We store: amount, date, plan or tool, and the Razorpay transaction reference.
- We never receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. These go directly to Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant, RBI-authorised payment aggregator.
d. Technical data
- IP address, browser type and basic log data, kept for security and abuse prevention.

4. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal data or your images to anyone.
- We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models.
- We do not publish, share, or reuse your images for marketing without asking you first, in writing.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on picxale.com.
5. Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run Picxale:

We may also disclose data where required by law, a court order, or a lawful government request.
6. Cross-border transfer
Please read this. To process your image, it is sent to servers located outside India, including our AI processing provider. By uploading a file you consent to this transfer. If your file contains data you cannot legally send outside India, do not upload it.
7. How long we keep it

8. Security
- All traffic to picxale.com is encrypted over HTTPS.
- Files are held in private storage, not publicly listed or publicly readable.
- Download links are signed and expire after 1 hour.
- Access to production data is limited to the operator of the service.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India if a breach affecting your data occurs, as required by law.
9. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may:
- Ask what personal data of yours we hold.
- Ask us to correct or complete it.
- Ask us to erase it, where we are not required to keep it by law.
- Withdraw consent (note: this means we can no longer provide the service).
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
- Complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response.

10. Cookies
We use only what is necessary: a session token to keep you signed in, and local browser storage to hold your session and preferences. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
11. Children
Picxale is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
