1. Who we are
Picxale ("Picxale", "we", "us") is a software service operated by Print Magic, a sole proprietorship, having its registered office at Old No. 86, New No. 198, Velachery Main Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600042, GSTIN 33BBBPS1578L2ZB. Picxale is available at picxale.com.
By creating an account, uploading a file, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What the service does
Picxale is an automated, AI-assisted image preparation tool. You upload an image file and select a tool; we process it and return an output file. Current tools are:
| Tool | What it does | Output | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Enlarge to High Resolution | Upscales an image 2×, 4× or 6× | Image file | ₹19 |
| Erase Background | Removes the background | Transparent PNG | ₹9 |
| Vectorize Logo | Converts a logo image to vector | SVG | ₹99 |
| Logo → Hi-Res Transparent PNG | Enlarges, then removes the background | Transparent PNG | ₹49 |
Tools, prices and features may change. We will show current prices on the Pricing page and in the tool before you confirm a job.
3. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older, or use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
- One person or business, one account. Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the free monthly allowance is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension.
4. Your files and your rights
You keep all ownership of the files you upload and of the output files we return. We claim no rights over them beyond what is needed to run the service.
You confirm that you own the files you upload, or that you have permission from the owner to process them. You must not upload:
- Content you have no right to use, including third-party copyrighted images, logos or trademarks.
- Obscene, sexually explicit, or child sexual abuse material.
- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that incites violence or hatred.
- Content prohibited under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.
You are solely responsible for what you upload and for how you use the output. If a customer gives you a file to process, you are responsible for having their permission.
5. Payments, wallet and plans
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Free tier: 10 tool uses per calendar month, reset monthly. Unused free uses do not carry over.
- Pay Per Use: pay the exact amount for a single job.
- Wallet: top up in advance; the tool price is deducted per job. Wallet credits do not expire. Wallet credits are prepaid service credits — they are not a deposit, carry no interest, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Monthly plans: a fixed number of jobs per month via Razorpay recurring mandate. Jobs reset monthly and do not roll over. The plan renews automatically until you cancel.
All prices shown on Picxale are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. The price you see is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout. A GST invoice is available on request. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. What we do not promise
Picxale is an automated tool, not a design service and not a human prepress operator. AI output varies with the input. We do not guarantee that any given output will be suitable for your specific print job.
- We do not guarantee a particular quality, accuracy or artistic result.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We depend on third-party infrastructure and AI providers, and we may have downtime.
- Always check the output before you print. Picxale is not responsible for wasted media, ink, press time, reprints, or any loss caused by printing an output without checking it.
7. Fair use
Automated scraping, bulk scripted access, reselling access to your account, or reverse-engineering the service is not permitted. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that place an unreasonable load on the service, and we may terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid to Picxale in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, reprint costs, or loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or a notice on the site, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using Picxale and close your account at any time. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to a wallet balance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
